This 7-day itinerary balances iconic sights, local culture, nature experiences, and thrilling adventure so that you can make the most of your stay. Oh! And shopping… let’s not forget the shopping!
Here are some suggestions to plan your days – pack them all in if you’re an ambitious, gotta-see-it-all traveler, or pick a few key things you’d like to see so that you can enjoy a slower day. Totally up to you, but everything here is definitely worth considering.
Day 1 ~ Urban Exploration & Noodles

Start by diving into the sights that define Singapore’s bold spirit. Walk along the waterfront at Marina Bay, taking in the views of the iconic skyline, feeling the warm air on your face, and watching the locals go about their days.

Marina Bay Sands & The Shoppes, an iconic district in Singapore, is guaranteed to bombard your senses. With a mix of nature, art, and shopping, there’s something for everyone! Explore floors of luxury retailers, with the largest collection of coveted designer boutiques in Asia.

Afternoon
Break for lunch at Kok Kee Wonton Noodles. Dig into fresh noodles and enjoy a beloved hawker staple at this popular establishment.
Hawker staple?? Yep, this refers to food that is a fundamental, essential part of the daily diet and culture, particularly in Singapore (and Malaysia). These dishes are deeply ingrained in the local lifestyle, offering affordable, convenient, and consistent meals that locals rely on regularly.
For the art enthusiasts, treat yourself to an establishment that blurs the lines between art, science, culture, and technology, with exciting exhibitions on rotation. Find it all at the ArtScience Museum.
Don’t miss the famous Merlion Park of Singapore. Stop to snap photos of the city’s most famous icon, the Merlion – with a body of a fish and the head of a lion.
Evening
Lau Pa Sat, with charming architecture and a bustling atmosphere, is a must. Delight in this restored Victorian food market that offers a quintessential taste of Singapore.
It wouldn’t be a Singapore night without a mug of artisanal beer and award-winning rooftop dining at LeVeL 33, the world’s highest microbrewery with a breathtaking view of Marina Bay.
High up on the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands, step into CÉ LA VI restaurant to savour signature cocktails while taking in the city views.
Day 2 ~ Vibes of Sentosa Island
Morning
Sun, sand, and surf await! Located off the city’s southern shore, Sentosa Island is known for warm, white sand beaches and family-friendly activities.
Immerse yourself in the magic of the movies at Universal Studios Singapore, home to exhilarating rides across six movie-themed districts, from Hollywood to The Lost World.
Alternatively, embark on an odyssey beneath the waves at Singapore Oceanarium. Here you’ll encounter species including Atlantic Sea Nettles, Fried Egg Sea Jellies, and more.
Afternoon
Sentosa’s beaches each possess their own unique charms, from tranquil Tanjong Beach (and the luxurious Tanjong Beach Club) to the hustle and bustle of Siloso Beach.
When you’re feeling hungry, find mouthwatering dishes like curry debal and buah keluak fried rice at Quentin’s – a restaurant serving up authentic Eurasian fare.
The Palawan @Sentosa is fun for the whole family. With a floating aqua park, an indoor electric go-kart arena, mini-golf, and more, this is a beach side wonderland.

Evening
Sail in style aboard a luxury tall ship and savour a gourmet dinner while watching the sunset from your Royal Albatross Sunset Sail and Dinner Cruise.
Travel to and from Sentosa in style, with stunning aerial views on board the Singapore Cable Car.
End your day at the Vivo City waterfront view mall that offers retail and entertainment.
Day 3 ~ Neighbourhood Life & Culture

Singapore’s rich history and bright future mingle together in the Civic District, where museums and colonial buildings sit amongst skyscrapers.
Explore the city’s culture and heritage at the National Museum, where history comes to life.
Visit the National Gallery Singapore to explore modern Southeast Asian art. Housed in buildings that were once City Hall and the Supreme Court, the gallery boasts over 8,000 works of art.

Afternoon
Explore Bugis, a district with a colourful past now known for its trendy stores. Find great bargains and more at Bugis Street Market.
Be sure to check out Little India, and savor mouth-watering South Indian food such as popular local delicacy: fish head curry.
Itching for more shopping? Check out Mustafa Centre, a shopping complex that sells just about everything you can think of.
Evening
St Andrew’s Cathedral is Singapore’s largest cathedral, and a stellar example of colonial-era architecture and heritage.
Explore Chijmes. Formerly a Catholic convent, this landmark is now home to various restaurants and cafes.
Don’t forget to swing by the legendary Raffles Hotel which exudes timeless elegance, as well as the Long Bar.
Day 4 ~ Nature & Night Safari
Morning
Head up to Northern Singapore to ignite your love for nature with the majestic animals, nature-themed attractions and lush greenery at Mandai.
The Mandai Bird Paradise is home to over 3,500 birds. Immerse yourself in naturalistic walk-through aviaries that reflect different habitats of the world.

Evening
Head to Mandai Wildlife West. Play, dine or enjoy a quick respite from your wildlife adventure. Enjoy the towering waterfall upon arrival and the interactive play areas.
Enjoy an Evening in the Wild. Dive into a four-course dinner in Singapore’s largest Tipi Tent and embark on a tram ride to discover creatures of the night.
After nightfall, head over to the world’s first park for nocturnal animals and embark on a walking Night Safari.
Day 5 ~ Hip & Historical
Morning
Take in the sights and sounds of Chinatown, including the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Masjid Jamae Mosque and Sri Mariamman Temple.
Taste various cultures, from sweet to savoury, local to international, at the largest hawker centre in Singapore, the Chinatown Complex Food Centre!

Chinatown Street Market! More than just a shopping stretch, this iconic street is home to a wide range of offerings, from lacquered fans to charming souvenirs.
Bring home a traditional taste of Singapore from Lim Chee Guan. Bak kwa (barbequed meat slices) is a delectable dried sweet and savoury snack similar to jerky.
Beat the heat and enjoy a selection of traditional desserts from the beloved Mei Hong Yuen dessert eatery. Be sure to try their snow ice and mango sago!
Evening
Pop by the historic neighbourhood of Kampong Gelam. From vibrant street art to the majestic charm of the Sultan Mosque, this is a melting pot of cultures both hip and historical.
The golden-domed Sultan Mosque — Kampong Gelam’s most striking landmark —makes for a beautiful photo opportunity at dusk.
The bustling & narrow Haji Lane is adorned with colourful murals, boutique shops, and trendy cafes. Stroll through this street, known for its boutiques, cafes and buzzing nightlife.
Day 6 ~ Gardens, Shopping, & Adrenaline
Morning
Spend your morning amidst nature at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, a UNESCO heritage site.
Don’t miss the National Orchid Garden nestled within the Botanic Gardens, home to the largest orchid display in the world with over 60,000 plants and orchids.

Ready for some more shopping? Head to Singapore’s major shopping district, Orchard Road, where you’ll find a mix of high-end brands, local labels, and everything in between.

Located amidst the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road, take a stroll through Emerald Hill to admire the colourful Peranakan shophouses, enjoying a pitstop at the bars.
Evening
Stroll down the Singapore River and experience delectable food and buzzing sights at the heart of Singapore’s vibrant nightlife scene.
If you’re ready for some excitement, check out the Slingshot! Feel the adrenaline course through your veins with a thrilling ride that’ll have you careening nearly 70 metres through the air at speeds over 160 kilometres per hour.

Day 7 ~ Chill Out & Farewell

Evening
